Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Luxe Copilot (web, iOS app, WeChat mini-program, or Chrome extension) you accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

We provide a purchase-decision aid, not a marketplace. All Verdict / Resale Score / Same Item Finder outputs are statistical opinions based on public-market observations; they do not constitute investment advice, authentication, or a purchase commitment. Final purchase and resale decisions are yours, and you are responsible for the outcome.

3. Authentication disclaimer

We provide risk flagging plus referral only. When we mark a listing as “counterfeit risk”, that means the listing's price, seller, or description deviates statistically from the same-SKU historical distribution. We do not perform final authentication. For an authoritative verdict use Entrupy, CSA, Real Authentication, or the brand's own service.

4. Affiliate disclosure (FTC / CCPA / PIPL)

This site contains affiliate links (Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Impact, etc.). When you purchase via these links we earn a commission. The price you pay does not change, and our verdict for any SKU is not influenced by which retailer routes the affiliate. Our scoring model treats all retailers identically.

5. Acceptable use

• No arbitrage abuse / no automated high-frequency API scraping (rate cap: 60 req/min/user).
• No fabrication of SKUs or Wardrobe entries to skew aggregate data.
• No commercial resale of our outputs to third parties (B2B clients sign a SaaS / API agreement).

6. Intellectual property

Product imagery comes from licensed affiliate feeds or open-license sources (Wikipedia Commons, Unsplash). Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Luxe Copilot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or any service-level availability, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from purchase or resale decisions made in reliance on the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero for free users).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; disputes are arbitrated under HKIAC.
