Luxe Copilot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Who we are

Luxe Copilot (“we”, “the service”) is an independent decision layer for luxury buyers. We do not sell merchandise, we do not custody inventory, and we do not facilitate transactions — we surface cross-channel price observations and resale outlook as a structured verdict.

2. What we collect

3. How we use it

4. What we do NOT do (explicit commitments)

5. Cross-border compliance

We comply with PIPL (China), GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA / CPRA (California), and FTC affiliate-disclosure guidelines. Chinese-resident user data is processed within China or via SCC-compliant cross-border arrangements. EU/UK users may exercise access, correction, deletion, and portability rights at any time.

6. Cookies and affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate-routed link (e.g., “Buy at Farfetch”), we append affiliate tracking parameters (Awin / CJ / Rakuten / Impact). Those parameters set cookies under the retailer's domain for commission attribution. We do not read those retailer-domain cookies.

7. Data retention

Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Usage records are anonymized and retained for up to 24 months for model training.

8. Contact

Privacy requests, including DSAR (data-subject access) and deletion: privacy@luxecopilot.com. We respond within 30 days.

This policy is drafted in-house and updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app.
